Eco Expeditions LLC refers to the Company, while Adrar Ecotours refers to the tour operator and also refers to the Company’s main Website.
“Eco Expeditions LLC,” “The Company,” ”The Agency” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the travel agency Eco Expeditions LLC.
“User,” “Traveler,” “Client,” “Customer,” “You” refers to any individual accessing or using our website and services.

User Information: Users must furnish necessary information, including personal details, contact information, and payment details, to finalize the reservation.
Booking Confirmation: The reservation is confirmed upon the user receiving a booking confirmation email from Adrar Ecotours. Users are responsible for reviewing the confirmation for accuracy and promptly notifying Adrar Ecotours of any discrepancies.
Booking Confirmation: Adrar Ecotours reserves the right to confirm or reject any booking request without providing a reason. In case of rejection, user payments will be refunded following our refund policy.
Communication: All communication from the Company regarding the holiday will be sent to the address provided on one of our booking forms.
Booking Representation: Bookings must be made through an authorized representative of the Company. The Company’s booking form must be completed and submitted at the time of booking.
Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 35% (Sometimes 50%) of the total booking cost is required, as specified in the payment terms. Receipt of the deposit and booking form does not confirm the booking until the Company issues a written notice.
Review and Notification: Users are encouraged to carefully review the booking details in the confirmation email and promptly inform Adrar Ecotours of any errors or concerns.
Modification Requests: Users can request modifications to their booking, subject to availability and our modification policies outlined in the “Changes and Cancellations” section.
Payment Deadline: The holiday must be fully paid at least 30 days before the departure date. Failure to make timely payment may lead to booking cancellation, with the Company retaining the deposit. Users are responsible for ensuring full payment by the due date, as no reminders will be sent.
Last-Minute Booking: If booking within 30 days of departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Special Requests: All special requests, such as dietary requirements, should be specified during the reservation process.
Service Provision: The Company will provide the service as outlined and confirmed in writing.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must adhere to the terms outlined in the “Changes and Cancellations” section. We reserve the right to refuse modifications or cancellations that do not comply with the specified policies.
Pricing and Currency: The pricing for Adrar Ecotours’ services is available on our website and is subject to change without prior notice. Prices quoted are in the currency specified on the website. For tailor-made ecotours, personalized quotes will be provided, and the pricing details will be sent to the email address you provide on the form.
Pricing Accuracy: We strive for accurate pricing information. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust pricing accordingly.
Cost Breakdown: The Company is not obligated to provide a breakdown of the costs involved in a holiday.
Price Increase Notification: The Company reserves the right to notify you of any increase in price before accepting your booking.
Surcharges: Upon issuing a Confirmation Invoice, if you choose not to pay in full during the booking process, your holiday cost may be subject to surcharges under specific circumstances. Surcharges will be applied only for variations in transportation costs, including fuel expenses, increases in standard published airfares, taxes, or fees. The Company will absorb an amount equivalent to 2% of your holiday price before passing on any surcharge. Only amounts exceeding this 2% will be subject to surcharge, and you will be notified through a revised Confirmation Invoice.
Surcharge Impact on Total Price: If a surcharge leads to a total holiday price exceeding 10% of the amount on your initial Confirmation Invoice, you have the option to cancel your booking within 14 days of the revised Invoice issuance. In this case, you are eligible for a full refund, including any amendment charges.
Payment Options: Users can choose to make full payment for their holiday at the time of booking, setting the holiday price at the quoted cost by returning the Confirmation Invoice with complete payment within 7 days.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through cards, bank transfers, Digital Wallets like PayPal, Stripe, and ACH. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.
Authorization and Cancellation: By making a payment, users confirm they are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to cancel bookings or refuse services if payment information is found to be invalid.
Payment Terms Specification: The payment terms, including deposit requirements, installment schedules, and final payment deadlines, are specified during the booking process and outlined in the booking confirmation.
Non-Adherence Consequences: Failure to adhere to the specified payment terms may result in reservation cancellation, and applicable cancellation fees may apply.
Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Eco Expeditions LLC are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in the “Changes and Cancellations” section.
Passport and Visas: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure possession of a valid passport and any required visas for their chosen destination(s). We are not liable for consequences resulting from the user’s failure to obtain necessary travel documents.
Passport Validity: Users must ensure their passport remains valid for at least six months beyond the planned return date. We recommend checking visa requirements with relevant authorities well in advance of the travel date.
Vaccinations: Certain destinations may have specific health requirements or recommendations. Users are advised to consult with a healthcare professional or relevant health authorities for information on required or recommended vaccinations for their chosen destination(s).
Health-Related Responsibilities: We not responsible for any health-related issues or consequences resulting from the user’s failure to obtain necessary vaccinations or follow health recommendations.
Specific Health Conditions: Users with specific health conditions are encouraged to seek medical advice before traveling. It is their responsibility to inform Us of any conditions that may impact their journey.
Agency Responsibilities:
Information Accuracy: We are committed to providing accurate and up-to-date information about its services, including itineraries, accommodations, and other relevant details.
Itinerary Changes: We strive to deliver services according to the agreed-upon itinerary. However, in unforeseen circumstances, the agency reserves the right to make changes while ensuring the overall quality of the experience is maintained.
Issue Resolution: The agency will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve issues during the provision of services. However, We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or actions of third parties.
Exceptional Circumstances: We are not responsible if you or any party member suffers death, illness, or injury due to failures or improper performance beyond the agency’s control, including acts of the party members, third parties unrelated to the holiday provision, or unforeseeable events.
User Responsibilities:
Information Accuracy: Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including personal details, contact information, and any other relevant information requested by Adrar Ecotours.
Health and Eligibility: Users must ensure they meet all health and eligibility requirements for chosen destinations and activities. We are not liable for issues arising from the user’s failure to meet these requirements.
Travel Insurance: Users are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, ensuring it covers the specific activities confirmed on the Confirmation Invoice.
Documentation: Each party member must have a valid passport, visas, and all necessary documentation for the countries they are touring. The Company accepts no responsibility for delays or expenses if documents are not in order.
Behavior and Termination: By booking with Us, users commit to orderly behavior and not disrupting others’ enjoyment. Breach of this commitment may result in immediate termination of the holiday, with no further contractual obligations. The Company may seek compensation for any damage caused.
Medical Conditions: The party representative must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions of their party members.
Personal Effects: All equipment and personal effects are at the owner’s risk. The Company is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay unless caused by the negligence of its representatives.
Adherence to Laws and Regulations: Users are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations while participating in tours or activities arranged by Adrar Ecotours.
By The Company:
Notification of Changes: Adrar Ecotours reserves the right to make changes to your holiday, and you will be promptly notified of any changes. For major changes not arising from circumstances beyond the Company’s control, you may choose to (i) accept the change, (ii) purchase another holiday, or (iii) cancel your holiday. Compensation may be payable for major changes.
Minor Changes: No compensation will be payable for minor changes. Minor changes include minimal adjustments to departure and arrival times, aircraft type changes, and comparable or superior restaurant and accommodation changes.
Major Changes: Major changes encompass cancellation, delays in departure or return by more than 12 hours, and accommodation changes to an inferior standard.
Exclusions from Compensation: Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems with transport, airport closure or congestion, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or any other event beyond the Company’s control. Adequate travel insurance is essential.
Company’s Right to Cancel: The Company reserves the right to cancel your holiday at any time before the departure date, and if canceled, the Company will refund the full amount paid. No compensation will be payable.
Failure to Pay Balance: If the balance of the holiday price is not paid at least 30 days before departure, the Company will treat the booking as canceled and levy the cancellation charges outlined below.
By the User:
Modification Requests: Users may request modifications to their bookings, subject to availability and conditions:
Modification requests must be made in writing and submitted to Adrar Ecotours.
Modifications are subject to availability and applicable fees as determined by Adrar Ecotours.
Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:
The cancellation date determines applicable fees.
Adrar Ecotours may withhold a percentage of the total booking cost as a cancellation fee, with the percentage based on the proximity of the cancellation to the scheduled departure date.
Additional Expenses: We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by users due to changes or cancellations, including flights, accommodation, or other non-refundable expenses.
Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Adrar Ecotours’ refund policy.
Cancellation Charges: The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:
30 days or more: 75% of Deposit
15 – 30 days: 100% of Deposit
8 – 15 days: 80% of Tour Cost
1 – 7 days: 100% of Tour Cost
Amendment Charges: After the itinerary is confirmed, one set of amendments is permitted free of administration charges. Further modifications initiated by the client will incur a charge of $65 US Dollars for communication and administration expenses.
Limitation of Liability:
Adrar Ecotours, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as “Adrar Ecotours”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or connected with the use of our website or services.
Adrar Ecotours is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, or inconvenience sustained by users during the travel services. Users participate in activities and tours at their own risk.
Force Majeure:
Adrar Ecotours shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorism, or other unforeseen events.
Options in Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure, Adrar Ecotours may, at its sole discretion:
Provide alternative arrangements of equal or greater value, or
Cancel the affected services and provide a partial refund, considering unrecoverable costs and expenses.
Third-Party Services:
Utilization of Third-Party Providers: Adrar Ecotours may utilize the services of third-party providers, including accommodations, transportation, and activity organizers.
Provider Actions: While Adrar Ecotours aims to partner with reputable providers, the Company is not responsible for their actions, omissions, or any issues arising from their services.
User Acknowledgment: Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of any third-party providers and acknowledge that their services are subject to those terms.

Your use of the Site implies your acceptance and agreement to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Use. Please note that the Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Site from any other region worldwide with differing laws or requirements regarding personal data collection, use, or disclosure than those applicable in the United States, your continued use of the Site implies the transfer of your data to the United States. By doing so, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States.

In case of termination by Adrar Ecotours, users are still bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of termination, and any obligations or restrictions imposed by these terms continue to apply. Adrar Ecotours may take necessary legal action and seek available remedies in the event of a user’s breach of these terms and conditions.
Modification of Terms: Adrar Ecotours reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
